I am the domicile of UP. My general rank is 98700 and obc is 25000 would I expect admission in spot round of hbtu this year?

As per previous year's statistics for Spot Round at HBTU, with 98700 rank and OBC category, you dont hav much chances to get food technology since the previous year cutoffs for Food Tech was closing rank 55362 (Round 3)
However you may still want to apply since spot round admissions are done against empty seats and the rank cutoffs cannot be said with a guarantee.
