Your Overall Percentile is: 98.51 - 99.01 and your Predicted Rank is: 17900 - 20050, which us realy good but as you haven't mentioned your category its difficult to predict your chances of getting admission in government medical college through AIQ ,

But as per 2019 cutoff of general category through AIQ the last rank to get admission in government medical college was around  12600s, so its difficult for you to get admission in government medical college through AIQ.  In my opinion you should go for state quota domicile .
