    Some of the popular exams to get admission into top colleges for genetic engineering which you can give after 12th are:

    • JEE MAINS/ Advanced (IITs and NITs do not offer Genetic engg, so can take biotechnology or life science in undergraduation).
    • BITSAT
    • Amity JEE
    • SRMJEE
    • AISEEE

    Some of the top colleges for Genetic engineering in India are:

    SRM University, Bharath University Chennai Tamil Nadu, Aryabhatta Knowledge University Patna Bihar, Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research Bangalore.
