I am thinking of getting admission in narayan medical college, sasaram through bihar state quota councelling but i have domicile of delhi,can i apply for management quota seat in narayan college through bihar state councelling?

Yes, even if you have a Delhi domicile, you can apply at any medical college in private medical college through Bihar state counselling through management quota as Bihar is an open state.
The previous year cut off for this college is 395 and the yearly fee is around 8.25 lakh per annum.
