You will be able to participate in West Bengal MBBS counselling only in All India Quota. All India quota gives only 15% of the seats of that paritucular domacile. Therefore it is advisable to take part in your own state. However for private college in management quota or payment seat it is upto your choice of whatever college u choose. Only thing is that you need to have enough money to pay to them.

These are the eligibility criteria for you participate in WB state medical counseling

• Nationality - The candidate needs to be an Indian national

• Age limit - Must be minimum 17 years of age as on December 31, 2019. The maximum age limit will be as per NTA guidelines.

• Qualifying exam: The candidate must have passed 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics scoring minimum 50% aggregate marks in the three subjects. For category-wise minimum marks, check the table below. Hope this helps:)
