I am trying to fill Gate 2020 form from 22nd Sept. It's showing "server didn't respond in time"everytime. Even after extending last date things r not working out good, now again students have to fill form with extra amnt. When is the website gng to work properly or GOAP is gng to extend date again?

I really feel Sad for the problem you are facing.To overcome this problem you need to think something new.that means you just go to near by meeseva which is having high range of connectivity.Now your problem will be solved thats simple.Just you need to try through another system.

Thanks for your suggestion, but I have tried in 3 laptops and in one internet cafe too.

as the GATE server was so busy .
because of hetic load of students applying at a time for GATE-2020

I can totally understand your ordeal as I have been through the same situation.
The BEST solution is to fill at late night hours (2AM to 6AM). I just filled my application at around 2:30AM.
The traffic during day time is too much to handle for the servers, especially during last days of application.
I must have tried to open the GOAPS website atleast a hundred times.
Sometimes login will be successful, but as soon as you start filling the session will get expired.
Some key suggestions:
1. Keep trying and don't stop.
2. Put extra efforts during late night.
3. Once logged in, first try to upload photo, signature, caste certificate, qualifying certificate (because once these are uploaded successfully, these will be saved for next login. Any other information will not be auto saved).
4. Once photos and PDFs are uploaded, fill all other details.
NOTE: You might encounter "session expired" popup many times. Have patience and keep trying.
