i am unable to apply to assam state counselling.. it asks for assam state rank.? I belong to state of Kerala with air 18317 and marks 603.

Acsa, I was going through the registration application http://43.240.64.221/DME_ASSAM_UG_2020/WebPages/application.php?.Did you try clicking on "NO" for are you a permanent resident of Assam? But also to be able to participate in Assam State Counselling, your name should be listed in the Assam State Merit list. Or else you cannot participate in its State Counselling. If you belong to Kerala, your name might not be in the State Merit list of Assam unless you have selected Assam as your State of eligibility.
