Hello.
I will suggest you to first see the headline of that block in which you are searching 2nd year option as we know because a candidate can take admission directly in 2nd year through lateral entry so it is obviously known that it will show the first year option that you have done your first year and you are going to take admission in 2nd year, its common thing ,for more detail and complete procedure of filling the form you can refer below link:
