Hello Tasnem..Don't get panic, you will find your way. You didn't mentioned the name of your College so I helpless to exactly answer your question, whether it is issued or not. You can confirm the date and check the official website. If it is issued you can follow following procedure, Check your email and  text messages, most of the Universities and colleges send notification when admit cards are released. But if you didn't got so far don't worry. Just open the official page of the concerning College or University , open the admission link , Login your account, enter the Login Credentials, submit the details and admit card will be displayed on your screen.This is a general procedure of downloading admit card.
