i am unable to pay fee in upsee counseling it shows transaction failed

The fee for each round of counselling in the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is Rs. 2,000 which you paid at the time of counselling there are lot of candidates who are applying to counselling due to which traffic on website is high you should try till last date in early hours to avoid any kind of issue.moreover The UPSEE is an entrance exam conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate programs in universities and colleges across Uttar Pradesh.
