Hello greetings

For physics you don't need to be master in the calculus because calculus is very vast but you need to understand the basic idea behind the calculus and it will be sufficient for class 12th physics as you don't require it for Chemistry much but little bit is used in chemical kinetics so it is good to have a basic idea of calculus but don't go deep into it you can take help of your Physics teachers are your friends in understanding calculus but don't go for a full dedicated book on the calculus because it will be very time consuming and it not be helpful the basic things which are required in solving problems in physics are basic differentiation basic idea of integration and little bit vectors and there calculus but don't go beyond that.

Hope this helps all the best

You dont need to understand or memorise all the formulae of calculus for NEET Exam. Just go through these topics -

1. Derivatives formulae

2. Slope (via derivative method)

2. Maxima and minima (basic concept)

3. Integration formulae

4. Area under the curve (basic concept)

Your Physics sir will make you familiar with these above mentioned topics. These are mostly needed in Kinemtics, Mechanics, Gravitation, Electrics, Magnetism and Nuclei chapters. In chemistry, very few of it would be needed in Chemical Kinetics.

Please go through these derivatives

  • d(c)/dx        (c is constant)
  • d(x to the power n)/dx
  • d(uv)/dx      (chain rule)
  • d(u/v)/dx
  • d(sin x)/dx
  • d(cos x)/dx
  • d(tan x)/dx
  • d(sec x)/dx
  • d(cosec x)/dx
  • d(cot x)/dx
  • d(log x)/dx
  • d(e to the power x)/dx

Also go through these integration formulae

Integration of -

  • constant
  • x to the power n
  • sin(x)dx
  • cos(x)dx
  • sec^2(x)dx (sec square x dx)
  • cosec^2(x)dx (cosec square x dx)
  • sec(x)tan(x)dx
  • cosec(x)cot(x)dx
  • 1/x dx
  • e to power x dx

Refer your teacher or some books and write down these formula. This will be helpful for NEET.

Thank You.

Best of Luck.
