Hello Shubham,
Yes you can get deemed colleges like JSS, SDU KOLAR, KMC, KS HEGDE etc. But the problem comes with the branch as you may not get CSE, IT, EEE, ECE in these colleges but you can get MECHANICAL, CIVIL. I suggest you to look for colleges other than UPSEE as the deemed colleges doesn't have good placement record.

Sorry for the different answer. Now talking about the medical then YES you can get admission into JSS as the last year rank was 102731 for JSS. But you have to wait for councelling as you have a UP domicile. But definitely you will get admission in one of these colleges.
