As of now nothing can be said with certainity since the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of students appearing for the exam, the difficulty level, top neet score etc.
For general category its 50% of the top neet score. As per the cutoffs of last year 539 marks got into government medical college, 519 in govt medical college SVU area, 522 govt medical college AU area.
So u are at a tough spot. If cutoffs decrease this year then you might get a seat.
Try for AIQ, theres a large scope to get a seat.
