Hi there,
GATE rectification is done by the concerning institute multiple times until they will approve your application for no defects till issuing of admit card begins.
If your photo still will have any defect after you rectify it once then they will again inform you by sending a mail. Also in case your application gets accepted this time then still they will send you a mail informing you about successful acceptance.
I suggest please keep calm and remain focused and cheerful through your preparation journey without taking unnecessary stress.
