actually there is no restriction in the number of attempts that you can take but only restriction it have is age that is only upto 25 years of age.

I would like to tell you happily that you can appear for the NEET exam. There is no limit on the maximum number of attempts. Plus you also now have an advanatge of giving it twice a year. So prepare well this time. Revise well. Practice the last year papers as well. Do self study as much as you can.

The maximum age limit for NEET is 25 year for general category and 30 years for reserved category. You can attempt the NEET entrance any number of times till you are within the age limit. There is no restrictions as per the number of attempts till the time you fall within the given age limit.
