Dear Jagdish,

According to this year cut off for AIQ for SC category, minimum score to get a govt medical college in two specific college is 398 and your score is way less than that. You need to specify your state domicile since some state Quota have cut off less than AIQ for the category therefore you may have a chance via state quota.
