I am waiting for DU cutoff,for admission in BA (Hons) PolSc/History,my 12th percentage is 89.75 in best of 4. please predict the college.

89.75% is an average percentage for getting admission in Delhi University. You have also not mentioned your category so it's difficult to estimate colleges for you accurately.
As per previous cut off trends, assuming for unreserved category, there are chances of getting colleges after release of several cut offs. You can get colleges like -
PGDAV College, Satyawati College, Zakir Hussain College, Swami Shraddhanand College etc.
