Dear Mani, The common eligibility criteria are 10+2 Examination/PUC/Equivalent to Higher Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. For seeking admission to Diploma in Fashion Design course, the candidate must have to clear the 10+2 examinations. After the successful completion of 12th, candidates will have to go for an entrance exam like NID & NIFT for admission to the fashion design programs. Admission into NID is based on the Design Aptitude Test (DAT) Prelims and Mains. For admissions in NIFT programs, firstly applicants have to clear the written entrance test and after that applicant has to go through the situation test, group discussion or personal interview rounds.
