I studied my all education in English medium, but i can tell you about the books for preparation;
First of all to crack neet required a lot of hard work. You have to avoid unnecessary topics not related to exam, so you can join a coaching institute for guidance if possible, or you can seek youtube for further reference.
Distance learning programme (DLP) is also an option, they provide you study material, test series and time time to guidance for preparation.

In Biology nothing more required except NCERT of class 11th and 12th. To check your preparation you can refer a objective book NCERT at your fingertips by mtg for MCQ which will boost your confidence.
