I am with UP board and I am score 80% can i give jee main or admission in good collage without craking jee

Yes, you can appear for JEE Main.

Below is the eligibility criteria of the exam

- Students who are born on or after October 1, 1993 are eligible to apply for JEE Main 2018.

-Student must have passed 12thclass or qualifying exam in 2016 or 2017.

-It is mandatory for students to have taken 5 subjects in 12thor qualifying exam

-For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, students should have secured at least 75% marks in class 12th exam or be in the top 20 percentile.

- You can avail 3 attempts for the national level undergraduate engineering entrance exam.
