I am working at present but want to do LLB . whether part time LLB courses are available for me . I have passed my B.Com in 1987 with 49.67%

Hello Suresh, Nobody is applicable to the Degree in law from Correspondence/ distance learning/ by any online mode, as mentioned by Bar Council of India... Even if somebody do that, they won't be considered in any govt. sector...

So, one thing you can do is - join college and go weekend basis or twice a week... just to avoid further college attendance issue (If possible do inform HOD or faculty member about your issue)

As per the guidelines of Bar Council of India one cannot pursue degree in law from correspodence, distance learning or by any online mode.  For practicing law one need to have full time llb or similar graduate degree from any university recognised by Bar Council of India.

Although some universities gave such degrees but they are not registered under Bar council so kindly beware of those.
