I am working employee & want to to Hybrid PGDM from Welingkar, is it worth to do?

Depends a lot on your past acads if they are around average Welingkar is not a bad idea to join for.
Otherwise since you have workex try to get a better percentile and join one of the better Bschools of the country.
The problem is not the teaching part but the ROI.
There is a huge difference between CTC displayed and overall average package.
It goes as low as 4-5lpa. If you want to go up for it this year itself then go for it. But in the long run it is better to work harder next time and join some Good Bschools.
Some good private ones are Symbiosis, Xaviers, Xlri, Great lakes, Tapmi etc.
And for Govt ones old IITs and all IIMs.
