I am working in public sector bank and want to do LLB. How can it possible?
Earlier various colleges used to provide Law courses in distance or part time mode for working people and more. But now Bar council of India has discontinued to recognise any such part time Law courses. This has been done is order to mantain the standard of legal education in India. Hence most colleges have discontinued such programmes. And even if a few colleges still offer it, if you pursue the course it would not be recognised by BCI and hence you will not be able to practice law or sit in exams etc which require LLB as a minimum degree. Hence you will have to go for full time course only.
Best of luck
Hey there
There is no restriction that one who is doing job can't do LLB. Almost every law college is running evening classes for those who are doing job you can join them and can do job and classes both. It may be possible that you'll have to skip a few lectures due to your job but if you can manage then you can definitely do your LLB.
Good luck
Sorry for the answer as per the new rules by bar council part time LLB or evening classes are not permissible as many people start doing it just for personal litigation.
Hope you understand.
Good luck
