I am zoology under graduate student can i get a direct admission to an university mainly contributing researches in stem cell culturing or does i want to pursue a masters before entering into this field.

If you're interested in research then pursue your master degree and later on appear for CSIR NET which is mainly for science subjects in the discipline of life science, chemical science, mathematical science, physical science. you can appear for IIT JAM exam when it comes to pursuing for MSc degree courses.
