It is ok to go for advance. But your age should be less than 25. Also you should have passed 12th or any equivalent exam. A candidate gets a maximum of two attempts in consecutive years to appear for JEE Advanced. Also Candidates should not have appeared for JEE Advanced 2017 or earlier according to new norms. yes you will be eligible.
JEE Advance gives two chances to appear in it one with 12th and other is 1 year after 12th.they will not look at your 10th passing year.
