I appeared for only jee main paper 2 for b.arch course and got 95 percentile in it please suggest me colleges in which I can apply

Considering you as general category student as you didnot mention your category and your home state as Rajathan it is too difficult to get some options for you .But I still find two options that you can go for.Here I am providing you the name of these colleges:
