I appeared in upsee exam this year and I am qualified with no.212 out of 600.what would be my rank and good college?

Rank doesn't only depends on the marks. The board considers many factors to create a rank list.
you would have your rank by now. You can get college as per your rank only. To get a government you rank either general or categorical needs to be below 1K.
there are top private college even to take an admission.
