No, while you going for a counseling they would ask to produce marksheet.

Hi SAILESHKANNNAN.R,

The marks will not be uploaded by TNEA because they can't access any student board results. You have to inform them when you attend the counselling if your results are out or even by then if the results are not out then you will be asked to submit your marks in the college you will take admission in.
