Hello Aspirant,

After the last round of CSAB counselling if you did not get any seat then you are eligible to get the refund but for refund you have to fill out the bank details in the portal launched by the officials. It is not clear that whether you have updated that details or not.

If you have not updated than leave an e-mail to csabhelpdesk@nitt.edu, but if you have updated the details than please check your transaction details of bank that whether any transaction was initiated from JOSAA or not.

And if none of the method works to you than you have some legal rights for which you can go for it before taking this step you should be fully aware of Terms and Conditions issued by CSAB for counselling of 2019. But if you don't have any transaction detail than you cannot blame CSAB anyhow because you must have some transaction proof.
