Dear aspirant,

The eligibility of ews certificate is as follows:-

1- Your family income should not be less than 8L per annum.

2- You should not own more than 5 acres of land.

3- you should have a residential area of 1000 sq ft .

As far as your question is concerned let me tell you it would be safer if you apply another ews certificate on 1st April or after that. It would take only 10-12 days to get the certificate. But as such there is no problem if you would upload the 2021 certificate.
