I applied for ews in sep2021 and have the same with Financial year as 2021 - 22 and its written that its valid for FY 2021 - 22 . But inordee to claim reservation in upsc 2022 , the certificate should be of FY 2020 - 21 . what should i do? i have acertificated with FY as 2021-22 and not of 2020-21?

As you have applied for ews in September 2021 and considered it has same financial year which 2021-22 and if now you apply for the ews certificate the financial year would be 2022-2023. So it's not possible to get the financial year 2020-2021 . If you have applied for the ews certificate in the year 2020 then you need to upload that otherwise now it's not possible.
For ews there are some basic eligiblity criteria and are as follows:-
1- Your family income should be less than 8L per annum.
2- You should not own more than 5 acres of land.
3 - You should not own more than 1000 sqft of home.
