Please wait for sometime and recheck the status of the application. If the status doesn't change then you have to pay the application fee once again. You cannot fill the application form if the payment is not successful. The amount that was deducted will be refunded to the same bank account. If it is not refunded you may contact the bank's customer service and raise a ticket. Please provide the details of the transaction such as transaction ID, amount and date if the customer executive requests you to provide them.
