Your marks is very low in NEET 2020. This year cut off has risen very much in NEET 2020. As this year toppers marks is itself in 19marks more than topper itself. At your marks there is almost no probability of getting a government medical college in Kerala or through AIQ COUNSELING. If you had mentioned your state rank I would told you details. Last year lowest cutoff ranks for government medical college in Kerala was state rank 13432 for sc and state rank 23345 for st category in Government Medical College, Palakkad.

You can absolutely apply for NEET counselling. This year cut off for NEET for OBC category is 146 - 113. Since you scored more than the minimum marks required there is a good chance for you to get into a government college.

KEAM Counselling 2020 - Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has announced the third seat allotment for KEAM 2020 on November 10. Round 3 is the last phase of allotment conducted by Commissioner for Entrance Examinations to Self Financing Engineering/Architecture/Pharmacy colleges. Round 2 of KEAM counselling 2020 was only for new courses added in the various colleges. First and second round seat allotment was announced on October 7 and 23 respectively. CEE Kerala is conducting KEAM 2020 counselling for admission in all participating institutes. The counselling of KEAM 2020 is being held in online mode where eligible candidates will have to fill their preference of courses and colleges. Along with this, candidates have to submit their basic requisite details during the KEAM counselling 2020. The counselling and seat allotment process is a centralised allotment (CAP) to offer seats to professional degree courses based on candidates merit and options filled. Candidates included in the KEAM 2020 rank lists prepared and published by the CEE can register their options through the official website of KEAM . However, candidates who do not register their options, during KEAM 2020 counselling, within the stipulated time will not be considered for seat allotment. A trial allotment was conducted during counselling of KEAM 2020 for the candidate’s reference. During counselling process, four rounds of KEAM 2020 seat allotment is being held. The allotment of seats is being done in online mode.
What is NEET?
The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts NEET for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, Veterinary and other medical/paramedical courses in India. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the only entrance test for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in India. Conducted annually, NEET 2020 was held across tentatively 154 test centres. With approximately 16 lakh test-takers, NEET is the most important medical entrance examination in India. Both AIIMS and JIPMER MBBS examinations have also been merged with NTA NEET.
Eligibility for NEET-
A candidate who applies for NEET has to meet the eligibility criteria of NEET which specifies the academic qualifications, age limit, pass percentage, nationality etc that are mandatory to appear for the exam. The NEET eligibility criteria are based on regulations of Graduate Medical Education 1997 Act. Candidates must meet the NEET eligibility as given failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
Nationality-Indian Nationals, NRIs, PIOs, OCIs and Foreign Nationals are eligible to take NEET.
Age Limit-Candidates who are 17 years and above as on the date of admissions or by December 31, 2020 are eligible to apply for NEET. There is no upper age limit as of now.
Qualifying Exam-Candidate must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination with Chemistry, Biology and Physics as mandatory subjects. They must have scored a minimum of 50% in aggregate and in each subject too. OBC/ SC/ST candidates must have scored a minimum of 40% while PwD candidates must score at least 45% in the qualifying exam.
Number of Attempts-There is no limit to the number of attempts for NEET until specified.
NIOS and other open schools-Open schooling candidates are eligible for NEET as per the last ruling however, the matter is under subjudice.
Biology as extra subjectThis clause is subjudice. Candidates who have Biology as an extra subject however, can also apply for NEET.
Reservation Criteria for All India and StateCandidates applying for All India quota must fall under the central list for NEET
reservations. For state wise counselling, they will be eligible to apply for admissions if they belong to the reserved category of the state.
Domicile-There is no domicile or residency clause for All India quota. However, state wise counselling is open to students of the state only and other seats as per the given guidelines of the respective state.
EWS Category-To apply for NEET under EWS, candidates
Should not fall under SCs, STs and OBCs reservations
Family has gross annual income below Rs 8 lakhs including all sources of income
And Should not have the following
5 acres of agricultural land and above;
Residential at of 1000 sq ft. and above;
Residential plot of 100 sq. yards and above in notified municipalities;
Residential, plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities.
Property held by a "Family" in different locations or different places/cities would be clubbed
Family includes the candidate, his/her parents and siblings below the age of 18 years as also his/her spouse and children below the age of 18 years
Candidates must submit a certificate to the effect during NEET counselling
