I applied for KEAM Engineering and Medical. I have decided not to write Paper 2. Will, it any way affect my Medical admission?

If by "medical admission " you mean mbbs, then there wont be any effect as the admissions to mbbs, bhms, bams, unani, bvsc courses are based on NEET EXAMINATION scores only.
