Did you got a msg from ap govt with a verification code and acknowledgement number u must have got that in your inbox please check that and then go to the official website and find the know your application status option and then enter your acknowledgement number then you'll have a space to enter OTP here's where I was making a mistake I was waiting for OTP which will not come so you have to enter your verification code over there which may have been received by you even days before so enter your verification code and you'll get a link to download click that and it will be opened in the form of pdf

Hello. You will need to redo the process again. Check on the website,  and maybe there is some issue of network. So please while doing this process, have a good internet and then go ahead.
