NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. KEAM is a State level entrance examination for admission to Pharmacy and other allied courses, So if you want a seat in MBBS, BDS, Ayush or Veterinary courses across India, you need to appear for NEET. But if you want to take a seat in Pharmacy or other allied courses, KEAM is mandatory because NEET doesnt provide admission to these courses.
