Login in it with your NEET Id and password.
You will find a button as click here for neet corrections in the application form
You can change ur phone number over there and submit the form again.

I am sorry mam. I couldn't find that button.. Could you please help me? I need to change the number with which I have registered.

You cannot change your Phone number and your Registered email id once you filling the application with those details because your application has been registered with those credentials.
