See there may number of people with the same name and might have the same email id. So you do one thing try doing the registration again.
Otherwise check if you yourself have already created an id there and do not remember. Try logging in with the email id and if you don't remember the password try retrieving it using the Forgot Password link. Then everything will be clear to you.
