- Hope your are doing well
- Hoping that you got a good score in you Neet exam
- There is no problem as you don't have obc reservation in central
- In the state level counselling the only required is cast certificate to which you belong
- As you belong to bc-d you should have a bc-d certificate
- If you have that you are eligible for state level counselling .
- There is no connection between obc certificate and state caste certificate
- And you don't need a obc certificate for state counselling
- So don't worry do apply for state counselling
