This is really a big mistake , you shouldn't have committed it but now that you have committed it you cannot do anything about it .

Sorry, you cannot make any correction now in your NEET APPLICATION FORM. All you can do is either report to CBSE office for the corrections you need to make or put your problem in the grievance box of your login id. This solution does not guarantee that your problem will be solved, but give it a try.
