I applied on 10.11.18& I got my obc cert. on 15.11.18 from D.M office, which already issued from SDO on 06.11.18,will there be any problem?

Dear Anwar, Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and/or his family normally resides can give an OBC certificate. As long as the details are genuine and there is no malpractice involved, the date on which you applied and the date which you received the certificate do not matter.
