But most possibly yes your form will be rejected. You can check if their is any option to edit application form.
Actually for any post high court clearly says, "in any condition, if information is not readable/accessable then your application form will be rejected without notifying you".

hope you are doing great. As per your query I would glad to tell you that your in your case their may be case of worry because uploading photo in place of signature is a serious mistake . They are chances at the time of release of admit card they will cancel your application . I would advise you to mail the concerned authorities regarding your problem they will revert back for sure
