I applied to cat via general category. I was not aware of ews certificate that time . But now i have ews certificate made in january 2020. Can i use ews as cateogory to fill college forms like IIT and delhi univeristy forms that take cat scores ?

see your cat score is given basis on your general category rank, since during the time of form filling you did not mention about ews category , right now you can not claim for ews category seat even if you have ews certificate right now.
