I applied under ews-pwd in JAC Delhi, but there are seat only in MCE and EE in DTU for EWS-PWD so will they consider me as GEN-PWD so that I can get seat in COE, If my GEN-PWD rank is good Enough to get DTU COE??

hi,
see if there is seat quota available for general pwd candidates in seat matrix then you would definitely take admission if your score and closing rank is up to it. however if there is no seat available in seat matrix then you can not get admission in that particular quota for any of the stream.
