I attended for 1st web counselling .I didn't got seat .I am willing to attend 2nd counselling. Again I have to verify my certificates?

No, you don't need to verify your certificates again. It usually happens once & in your case It took place in 1st Counselling. When the second counselling will start your name will be carried forward in the second of counselling where you will get seat as per your rank.
