I attended my Mindtree C&I hr round on 2nd november 2021 through a referral when will they announce the result of this round?

Hi, you should already have the offer letter till now. Mindtree C&I takes roughly around 2 weeks to distribute their offer letters and complete the procedure within that same span of time including BGV. If not you can always email them and raise your concern. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. Hope this helps.
