As per the information available in the Information brochure if you fail to exercise the choice and report at the allotted institute the seat will gets cancelled and you cannot participate in subsequent rounds. As you haven't exercised any option the seat allotted to you gets cancelled and you cannot claim that seat or participate in subsequent rounds. This will not effect your candidature in NEET UG counselling. You can participate in NEET UG counselling if you have qualified in NEET UG Entrance Examination.

Did you visit the allotted college with all the necessary documents and the allotment letter and you also need to pay the fee at the college to confirm the allotment and secure admission.

If you did so then you need not attend the second counselling, your seat is locked for the college you got in the first counselling otherwise you have to attend second counselling for other options.
