isro has recruitment exam for certain job profile like scientist b or engineer. from last 3 years isro has huge recruitment is going for electronics and communication ,mechanical engineering and computer science. you need to check the recruitment page or career page of isro regularly. however as you have got work experience you have a good chance. isro syllabus is based on core subjects paper of each stream and difficulty level is high to moderate. previous years gate question paper on relevant stream should be followed for exam preparation.

But having said that the technology department needs IT personnel and so there will be requirements for IT graduates in ISRO.
