Going by the trends of last year the above marks will be lesser for government Medical College. However you should stay Positive and wait until results are announced. Also participate in all rounds of councelling you may get lucky.

As cutoffs are very high this year but there is a slight chance that you can get a medical seat through state quota as state quota cutoffs are slightly lower than the all india cutoff . You can definitely get a government dental college in your state but Mbbs college is quite difficult . Still hope for the best . May god bless you !

Unfortunately, 470 is not enough to get an MBBS seat in a government medical college (as per NEET 2017 trend). If the cutoffs decrease this year, you might get a government BDS seat in the final rounds of counselling but nothing can be said for sure until the merit list is released. However, don't be disheartened. Your score is good enough to get a good private college for MBBS. Good luck!
