I belong to 3 b category (Roman Catholic) and also my family's income is less than 2 lakh per year. so do I belong to obc ncl for neet 2020?

As you are belong to 3b category it doesn't mean that you are belong to obc category.As per the central government cast category,you must go and check you caste under the government policy.There some caste in 3B which are categorised under general category as per the central government.
